Full and partial Scholarships are available for families struggling with the cost of registration due to family hardship or unsupported single parent status. The decision to award a scholarship will be at the discretion of ACYS, and/or school athletic director when applicable. Scholarships may not be offered to children of coaches or assistant coaches as incentive for coaching a team. Previous recipients of an ACYS scholarship may only be awarded full scholarship once and a partial (50%) for subsequent seasons. Scholarship recipients will be asked to volunteer their time with ACYS during the sport season in which they are registered. Recipients should be made aware of this requirement before accepting the scholarship.  Each family will receive one Scholarship per season.

There is a 5% rule that applies to all schools or sport programs applying for scholarships who enter at least 5 teams in ACYS.  Each qualifying school/program may submit up to 5% of their total registration number (i.e. school with 100 players registered may offer 5 full scholarships or 10 partial scholarships).
